Solopilot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

What data Solopilot collects, why, and your choices. In short: we collect little, never sell it, and you can delete it.

1. Who we are

Solopilot ("we", "us") is an online toolkit that helps app developers with their App Store presence. We're responsible for the personal data described here. Questions? Email hello@solopilot.app.

2. Data we collect

  • Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
  • What you create: the apps you add, your designs and uploaded images, metadata drafts and tracked keywords.
  • Technical data: basic information such as IP address and browser type, used to keep you signed in and the service secure.

3. How we use it

To run Solopilot for you: signing you in, saving your work, running the tools you use, keeping the service secure, and telling you about important changes.

We don't sell your data or show you ads.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Solopilot, such as hosting, email delivery and sign-in with Google, and only as needed for that. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies Solopilot needs to work, for example to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, but you'll be signed out.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. When you delete something, or your account, we delete the related data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, and each account can only access its own data.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@solopilot.app and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Solopilot isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know about significant changes. See also our Terms of Use.
