Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

The rules for using Solopilot, in plain language.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Solopilot ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. The service

Solopilot is a toolkit for App Store screenshots, metadata and keyword rankings. It's in early access, so features may change, be added or be removed.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.

4. Your content

What you upload and create stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Solopilot for you. You're responsible for having the rights to it, including any images, logos and trademarks.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Solopilot to break the law or anyone's rights. Don't try to access other people's data, and don't overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Apple

Solopilot isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. App Store data we show may be delayed or incomplete.

7. Pricing

Solopilot is free during early access. If we add paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and never charge without your agreement.

8. No guarantees

Solopilot is provided "as is". We can't guarantee particular rankings, downloads or App Review results, or that the service will always be available. Keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data. This doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Solopilot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll update the date at the top and let you know about significant changes.
